I never saw a world trembling alone sounds of another dance lead me to dawn I see the stars shining above telling me where to head, I suppose songs of another day travel to me space-time within a reach then I will see when I wake up will you be there another me, I don't know where Is there another world am I alone how can I say the word to matters unknown give me a sign, how to break through into a world of magnetic truths
2.
Feeling closer every day Love is showing us the way I can feel your attraction We can feel interaction Love me now before we have to go away All is living, all is dying Funny how we keep on trying Moon, Earth, sister, brother Like them we have each other Love me now before we have to go away Nothing stays the same and things are changing every day Make it now, while we have time to make it all the way all the way Time for love is here and now Love as much as you know how A star shines, a dream shatters Love is all that matters Love me now before we have to go away

Ela montra te chi quando le ciel streme yo tombere le cuore como les onde der mer blau si tu continu tan-tan perfemere tu bom perque les spume des ondes continerotru bum I'll be shooting from the stars and the moon directly to your heart for when you listen to the stars and the moon it will tear you apart one Summer day when all the skies are clear, I'll step down from the mountains wash my face in rivers that stream on tv through analog devices airing from the old days of golden radio.

Semeei os grãos de arroz nas lutas do plural O sindicato em Pequim não deixa amor entrar. O luar, o véu sem cor o extremo capital O livro que era o meu lençol abriu na diagonal.
5.
6.
Millions of reflections of a half existing dream They don't really matter when you're searching in between two worlds I will keep on searching for a third I am floating everywhere and nothing's at my reach But what really matters is I'm still remembering what I feel drifting through the stars to search a day away From here to there From me to you.

9.
I can still remember Spring All the beauty that it brings Now I'm all alone by the telephone I wish I could call the birds and sing. Oh the sound of Spring I'm remembering But tonight my love You're haunting my dreams So I guess I'll go With my pillow Suffocate the memories that you bring. (solo) A thousand nights and years go by building castles in the sky Still I can't forget all the feelings that take me to same place where we met In another life If I had a life I would have a knife to cut down your throat to romanticize we're both alive living in a bottle of Porto.

Yeah, sometimes there's just no way around it you gotta do it you gotta you gotta bite the hand that feeds you told them you weren't even hungry they had to insist, yeah they had to persist they had to make you eat Well, it might seem a little mean over the top and unfriendly but you have to do it Ha, yeah you had to bite the hand that feeds you had to chew it you had to bite it you had to make them bleed you had no choice and now you feel a little guilty but you had to do it you got to do a courtyard you got to bite the hand that feeds it tasted kind of good, actually and they jumped back they could finally see they you meant what you said and now maybe they'll treat you respectfully yeah you bit that hand you bit the hand that feeds.

Here in space I found the place to let go of it all without submitting to facts I live within a quantic dream and dive deep in the waters of uncouncious streams I heard you're far away will you come home someday (solo) A time or space unknown a void calling me home.

about

Rita Braga's "Bird on the Moon" (Lunadélia 2018/Moorworks, Japan 2019) reveals her idiosyncratic and sometimes eerie pop compositions. It was listed as one of the “Top 15 records featuring ukuleles” by The Wire magazine (October 2019).

"The music of London based Portuguese songstress Rita Braga simultaneously summons the ghosts of synth pioneers such as Delia Derbyshire and Bruce Haack as well as that of eccentric performers like Vivian Stanshall and Carmen Miranda. Her universe is one of colours, exuding both the charm of a vintage cartoon character merrily bouncing along and the ominous melancholy of a lost kitten on a rooftop.
The fourteen tracks of her new album, Bird On The Moon, whiz by in just under half an hour and features cameos from Ian Svenonius (The Make-Up, Chain and The Gang etc), theremin wizard Dorit Chrysler and Berlin underground queen Mary Ocher. With songs in five different languages, her idiosyncratic and sometimes eerie world will make you feel like you've stepped into a David Lynch movie from which you may not return." (EurNoVision)

"For now let us ever so gently take you by the hand to guide you into the faraway dreamland that Ms Braga cocoons herself within, a world teased in a childlike surreal innocence, both spectral and minimalist, populated by a playful alchemy whose somewhat casual absent mindedness charms and chimes with a crooked and kooky allure. Reference wise, Ms Braga shares a kinship with the Space Lady, both operating in a sparse pop purist medium that draws its lineage back to Silver Apples.” (Mark Barton, The Sunday Experience)
